Booking Terms & Conditions

By making this booking you are entering into a legal agreement with House of Ikigai. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

You agree to follow the before and after care instructions provided.

Deposits will be deducted from the cost of treatment and are non-refundable. If you wish to change your appointment date, please give a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to attend or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

A clinically necessary top-up is available for facial anti-wrinkle injections between 14 and 28 days of initial treatment, at your clinician's discretion. For top-up charges please refer to our Prices page. No top-ups are available after 6 weeks (42 days) from the date of initial treatment. Top-ups are not included for underarm sweating treatment.

Remaining filler is disposed of following treatment.

Please be aware that VIP Membership and Club Membership each carry their own separate Terms and Conditions. These are standalone agreements and are in addition to, and do not replace, these Booking Terms and Conditions.
