All memberships are subject to clinical suitability. Minimum 6-month term. Billed monthly by direct debit. Unused treatments do not roll over. Regulated by Healthcare Improvement Scotland.

Your membership fee is collected by direct debit on the same date each month. There are no upfront treatment payments on the day — your monthly fee covers everything

Treatments are booked every four months — so three times across the year. As a club member you receive priority access to the appointment schedule. We will be in touch ahead of each treatment to confirm your preferred date and time.

We understand that things come up. Please give us as much notice as you can and we will rebook you. Unused treatments do not roll over into the following period, so we would always encourage you to reschedule rather than miss a session entirely.

Yes. All memberships begin with an initial consultation to confirm clinical suitability and agree a treatment plan. There is no obligation to proceed if, after that conversation, a membership does not feel right for you.

You can cancel your membership with 30 days' written notice after completing the initial six-month minimum term. Please contact us by email at hello@house-of-ikigai.co.uk and we will manage everything from there.

Neither REJURAN® nor anti-wrinkle toxin treatments are recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If this applies to you, please let us know — we will pause your membership at no additional cost until you are able to resume treatment.
