Terms & Conditions
Membership in the VIP Membership Program (the “Program”) is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms and Conditions”). By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Program is offered by House of Ikigai Limited (the “Company”) and is available to individuals aged 18 and over. To join, you must be an existing client of the Company and have completed your initial treatment plan as agreed with your practitioner. Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom it is issued.
2. Membership Benefits

These benefits are exclusive to members and cannot be combined with any other offer, package, or promotion. Treatments must be carried out by the Company at its designated locations.
3. Fees & Payment
A one-time joining fee of £50 applies for administrative setup.
Membership is £50 per month, payable via GoCardless.
Payments are automatically charged monthly. If payment fails, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership.
4. Rejuv Facial Redemption
The Rejuv Facial may be claimed once per quarter.
Unclaimed facials do not roll over to future quarters.
Facials may be scheduled on Mondays only, subject to availability.
You’re welcome to book your facial alongside other treatments, provided it falls on a Monday.
5. Health & Suitability
All treatments are subject to individual suitability. Your health, safety, and wellbeing will always be prioritised, and membership benefits may be adjusted accordingly.
6. Changes & Termination
The Company reserves the right to:
Modify the Program’s terms, pricing, or services at any time
Terminate the Program without prior notice
7. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement between you and the Company and supersede any previous understandings or communications.
