We will never share anything without your explicit written consent. Here is exactly what participation involves.
Before & After Photography
You agree to professional photographs of the treatment area being taken before and after your procedure. These may be used in our marketing materials, always with care and sensitivity.
Your Story May Be Featured
With your approval, a brief description of your experience or results may be shared alongside your images — always without identifying information unless you separately agree.
Optional Video Content
If you are comfortable, a short video clip of your results or a brief testimonial may be requested. This is entirely optional and never required.
Signed Marketing Consent Form
Before any content is captured or used, you will sign our formal Marketing Image & Video Consent form. You may withdraw consent at any time, in writing, with no effect on your ongoing care.
Attendance at a Review Appointment
We ask that you attend a complimentary review appointment to assess your results. This protects both your outcome and the integrity of the case we document together.
YOUR RIGHTS & PRIVACY
You Are Always in Control
Your consent is entirely voluntary. Declining will have no effect whatsoever on the care or treatment you receive. If selected, we will walk through every detail with you before anything is agreed.
Where Your Content May Appear
Website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Email Marketing
What we will never do
Your full name will not appear alongside any published image or video without your separate, explicit agreement.
Your content will not be sold or provided to third parties for their own commercial use.
Content will only ever be used with kindness, care, and respect — consistent with the values of House of Ikigai.
