  1. Before & After Photos

    You agree to photos of the treatment being taken before and after your procedure. These may be used in our marketing materials with care and sensitivity.

  2. Your Story May Be Featured

    The story of your experience and results will be showcased with your images.

  3. Video Content

    Audio video content will be created. This may inclusive of not exclusive to questions and answers, interviews, the experience, the treatment, the aftercare and content that showcase your experience and client journey.

  4. Signed Marketing Consent Form

    Permission and signed informed consent for marketing will be obtained before content is created and used. You may withdraw consent at any time. If you change your mind and withdraw consent full price of treatment applies.

  5. Attendance at a Review Appointment

    By participating for the showcase you agree to attend your review appointments to demonstrate the complete experience.

You will receive the care you deserve with dignity & respect. If selected, you will be walked through the process so that you can consent to see if you are happy to proceed.

Where Your Content May Appear

Inclusive of but not exclusive to Website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Books, brochures.

Use of your full name will not appear alongside any published image or video without informed consent.
Your content will not be sold or provided to third parties for their own commercial use.
